So I just got through listing all my courses in undergrad, but was wondering what to do about my AP scores for English. There doesn't seem to be a great way to enter these under the coursework session because there isn't any specific term or code or grading, etc. I did list them on the scores section of the application. They are listed on my official transcript so could I just leave them out of the courses section?

Your supposed to put AP scores in the tests sections. You are also suppose to put in the tests you got credit for in the coursework section under the first semester you were enrolled in college. For the grade, your supposed to put "no grade" or NB.
So for instance for me, I took calculus and got a good enough score to get credit for the class. So I put in the class that I got the credit for, which was Calculus/Analytical Geometry under course title, MAC 2311 for the course prefix and number, whether it was a freshman/sophomore class or a junior/senior class and then "no grade" for the grade and the amount of credit I got for the credits and then your supposed to put "advanced placement" under classification description and you have to do this for each test you got credit for with your first semester classes.

hope this helps

Thanks! That does help. Now I gotta go hunt down the exact name of the English classes I got credit for...

So I know the scores of each test I took (all fours, heh) and I listed them in the test section - do we need anything official to corroborate my 'unofficial' reporting of these scores? It's been about six years since I took my last AP exam, and the website said the scores are archived. Do we need to unearth those scores and send them like we send GRE scores, or is it enough that we got school credit for them?

I know that Iowa wants an official copy of your scores only if you're counting them as part of your pre-requisite classes.

I just listed my AP scores like they are displayed on my college transcript.

totally weird to have an old thread I started dredged up...
