Anyone transition from STRAP or similar program in Army Reserves? After completion of residency. I get how TPU works as that's more of the 'traditional' model of what you'd expect from Reserves or NG. Not sure how IMA works or how it works when you remained attached to APMC but have a UOA and do ECT. Not sure difference between ECT and AT. Any info appreciated. TIA.
