Would it be dumb to try to appeal a rejection? I interviewed at a school and got a R after the interview. I believe it's because of my sub 500 MCAT. Would it be silly and foolish to try to appeal or ask for a second chance after the rejection. Sorry if this is a dumb post I'm kinda just sad after the R as this was one of my top choices

Yeah it would be pointless. If you interviewed there you met the minimum requirements. Your interview didn't put you to a stage where you'd be accepted. It's over, move on.

Don't waste their time for yours. Work on the holes in your application and try again if you get shut out this cycle.

Also start working on improving your interview skills.

And retaking the MCAT should also be on the table
