Hi Molaris,

I am in the same boat as yours. I have given my part I and plan to apply for 2006. However I dont know where to begin. Have you started looking at dental schools...Do you have any idea how to format the recommendation letters and things like that. Do post your opinions about it.
I am throughly confused and I dont want to miss any deadlines.

hello friends,

welcome to the TRUE WORLD.reading ,writing and passing your exam is just one step ahead into a bright future.

decide whether u r going to apply to all the dental schools or retain urself to a specific region like northeast.

decide if u want to write part 2

start collecting deadline dates from each university which offers the program from their websites.

start applying AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.Trust me this has lots of advantages.

if i were u i would start applying in july.

finish all ur exams ,toefl, get ur recommendation letters,CV etc ready.

do ur best.goodluck for ur future 👍

can u tell me when u gave ur exam and ur score please?

Hi maaidabad

I think it will take you 10 minutes of your valuable time to find answer to this question. I think there are about 20 odd schools who admit FTDs for AS DDS/DMD program. All you have to do is to go through those websites!! Here is the link to all US dental schools:

http://www.healthguideusa.com/dental_schools.htm

To find out the programs that accept FTDs for AS program the link is:

http://www.ada.org/prof/prac/licensure/us_b.pdf

Good luck

Hi maaidabad

Please read my postings in thread that starts with my forum name. You will get your answer. But generally speaking there were fair distribution of clinical and basic science questions in all parts of the exam. I think knowledge of Perio and RPD in details is important.

Good luck

rahmed
