Your lack of clinical experience for US schools is under par. If you are research heavy, why not PhD?

With no clinical experience and limited shadowing hours your chances for interviews are limited. You should accumulate 200+ hours of clinical volunteering or employment and another 20 hours of shadowing before you apply.
