Snail mail...The data was entered on 5-12 and mailed to me with a printing date of 7-15

General info...address, self description, citizenship, birthday, is family member a physician, learned of osteopathic medicine, schools attended/degrees.

Schools applied to..

There is also a breakdown of Fresh-Senior science, non-science hours, total hours...also a course record broken down bio/zoo, chem/inorgan, organic, biochem, other sci..and other categories...had GPA and hours for each of these categories...

Had MCAT scores...Date taken or date to retake MCAT.
 
I just received mine today. The date entered was 6-04 and date printed 7-15.
