Application Advice- Extracurricular

I have a few questions regarding extracurricular experiences/achievements and what I should report on the application.
I have run 11 marathons. For two of those marathons, I have been a pacer (lead others during the race to get the goal time they have set for themselves. I was in charge of 3:10 and 3:05-both Boston Marathon Qualifying Times)
Under the extracurricular portion, should I include just the 2 marathons that I was a Pacer for or do I put more on there?
Also, under the Achievement section, do I include all running awards (I have at least 10, possibly more) or just a few of the most impressive ones. I feel like if I have too much stuff on there, they won't take the time to read it all or be able to see the most important things.
I also served an LDS Proselyting Mission. I spent most of the time proselyting, but we did dedicate one day to service (teaching English, being a Salvation Army Bell Ringer, translated documents from Spanish to English for police department). Do I include all this under my mission or do I create one experience for each? I want them to see that I did more than just proselyting.

I would most likely condense all the running awards into one entry. It's best to be concise, IMHO.
I would also put the LDS mission under just one entry.

In terms of the marathons themselves, I submitted my app Thursday morning and I didn't see any extracurricular section.


Edit: My bad I guess there is an extracurricular section. In that case I would put all 11 marathons in one entry.
