Application Complete/LORs

I read the thread about the first batch hullabalo and I know it doesn't really matter.
This is just a general question-- If everything in your app is complete except your LOR will they wait to send out your application to schools or will they send it anyway and wait for them to come in on their own?

My LORs will take a while to get submitted and I'd like to know if I will start hearing back/secondaries and stuff before they're all in or will I have to wait?

They go ahead and send it without the LORs.

Make sure you read the AADSAS FAQs, too, if you haven't.

It depends on the school, some will hold your application until it is complete (with letters) until they move forward with it while some will send you a secondary regardless or it is expected you send it immediately after submitting your application.
