Application Complete without DAT scores?

I took my DAT in july 15 and scores take at least 2 weeks. Touro says Received/Application Complete, but every other school is either saying Received/Under Review, or Received/Awaiting Additional Information. Touro had this status for a while now for me, so I'm not sure why it says Application Complete when they haven't received my DAT yet?

Each school manages statuses differently when it comes to "Received". It might just refer to secondaries but not DAT. Just check.
