Application Cycle Date

I'm a little confused about the application cycle start date, if it opens on june 1 does that mean I can already have my application filled out but i cant send it until june 1 or does that mean you cant even sign up to fill it out until that date? does AADSAS accept transcripts and LOR's before then so that my application can be processes asap?
