Is it getting too late to apply to DO schools for lower GPA end folks?

I have a 2.9 cGPA, a 3.4 sGPA, and a 29 MCAT.

With those stats, it does not mean that there is no chance of acceptance however it will be somewhat difficult. Adcoms want to see that students can still receive good grades even when working, shadowing, volunteering, etc, so unless you have extraordinary extra currics and lor, I would try boosting your gpa to at least a 3.3/3.5...my 2 cents
