Application delivery time

ok so my application went out electronically on 28th of august, and it was mailed on 9-1. So far only 2 schools have emailed me back saying they have received my application...should i call the other schools to see if they have it? How long does it usually take for them to respond?

mine was mailed out on june 29 and some schools just sent me an email saying my application is complete.
