When do we send application fees (not the aadsas fee, but the fee we have to send to each school individually (most times the supplemental fee)) to schools we applied to?
Do we wait until we get an email from them?

It depends on school, so check each school individually.

This is tricky because for example: Nova has their fee and supplemental in their Questions section of aadsas. So I did it and paid the fee, but they called confused because they received that without my aadsas app because it's still being verified. The new system is weird... maybe wait, or call around

It varies by school but usually you send that when the school either emails you with instructions for how to submit payment or with an invitation to complete a supplemental application.
