application fees/secondaries

my app was verified 7/20, but I just now realized schools on my list like Penn and Creighton already have their secondaries out along with application fees I wasn't aware about from schools like maryland or USC. I thought they all sent out emails. It's now been about three weeks and I havent submitted these applications. Should i be worried and am i late now?

I will be completed with everything on friday 8/3, when i get paid.

No, you are totally fine. Just get it in ASAP and make sure that you don't make any silly/grammatical mistakes on your secondaries! Also double check and make sure that the other schools you applied to don't have additional secondaries. Good luck!
