Application Help Urgent!!

I had called the application service that requests transcripts and inputs grades for your application automatically (which would save time and the fear of putting anything wrong). The lady I talked to on the phone assured me I could input future/current coursework after they completed their service. Looking into what I could change last minute, I realized grades (future semesters specifically) could NOT be edited. It almost cost me my application year as I have prerequisites left for spring. I cannot add in the future semesters due to the lock until completion that comes with the application service. Any ideas on what to do or how to fix the issue?

Inform them in writing that you no longer wish to use their service because they said X but did Y, and that you would like your $$ back *now*. Give them a ring, reference the e-mail (written documentation) and make it clear you're not playing games. Do it yourself and it'll be fine...

Not cool for services to misrepresent products.


If you don't want to go down that road, you could send an update to schools you've applied to.
