I was wondering since I cannot take the MCAT in Sept. since school has already started and I have a full load to study, I will risk it by taking it in January. Is it wise to submit my application now even though I won't have taken the test till then? What should I do and have people gotten interviews and accepted at this period in the cycle?

I dunno about you, but everyone I know (including myself) studied for the MCAT while still taking classes. Yah, it sucked, but it's what you gotta do. Submit your application, and see what happens. Besides, you have Xmas break to put in some extra study time for the Jan MCAT 😀

Oh I know that I will have to study for the MCAT while taking classes because Sept. was the last test month and they are all taken so that's why I'm waiting till January to improve my score! Not by any means. They keep the application open until June/July 2011. No worries! 😀

Your fine. Worry abut the MCAT and then apply when you get your scores. I would not personally apply with your current MCAT score. I would guess most schools would reject you because of it.

Unfortunately pod schools dont fill up until DO/DDS students get rejected later in the year. You have until mid summer before your pushing the end of the cycle.
