As the application deadlines are approaching at many programs, I'm wondering first of all if your application is considered incomplete if all of your designated LOR's are not in? Secondly- should the application be submitted w/o your specialty specific letters & will the program put your app to the side untill all the LOR's are in, or will your app be evaluated as is? thanks

Yes...your application is incomplete if all your designated letters are not in.

The application should be submitted anyway - you could have submitted your ERAS application in early September, you do not need to have all of your LORs or other supporting documents in to apply. Anything that comes in after you apply is simply uploaded to the ERAS server and downloaded by the programs you apply to.

A program *may* put your application aside until its complete or it *may not*. There is no hard and fast rule. However, with November 1 rapidly approaching, I'd say that if your letters weren't in by then, your application will not be reviewed favorably.
