Application not complete yet

Hey guys,
I'm freaking out right now because my application is still not complete! My third Prof. who was suppose to write me a reference letter is on vacation till September. I phoned the schools I applied to and they said they are waiting for my 3rd reference letter.
Would it be too late? All my other stuff are in.
