Application not marked as "complete" at a bunch of schools.

So my committee letter was the very last part of my application to be submitted to AMCAS; it was received by AMCAS in late August. A good number of schools notified me that my application was complete, but a good deal more did not, though they had all sent me emails saying that they had received my application earlier in the month. I know that I massively dropped the ball by not investigating this earlier, but should I email these schools about it, or is this something that'll be sorted out when they get around to it?

EDIT: False alarm; I need to check on my application status more often.
