Application on hold??

I just submitted my amcas today and then went to the amcas website again just to see what the status on my application was....the welcome page says that my application is on hold because it is waiting for "supporting docs".....but they've already received all of my transcripts......should i call them tomorrow or what??? has this happened to anyone else?????
