Can I submit my application processing fees before June 5th? Or should I wait til I send in my AADSAS application?

You pay the fee as a way to indicate your intent to submit your AADSAS application.

When you hit the submit button I think that is when they will take you to the place to pay, so you have to do both together.

Many schools send you a link in email after you submit your AADSAS application to submit your payments to them.
Some schools, like UPenn, ask you to mail them (along with secondary). I guess you can time it right, so they receive it on June 5th. I don't think it's going to make much difference, though.
