When you hit the submit button I think that is when they will take you to the place to pay, so you have to do both together.So submit before the AADSAS app?

Many schools send you a link in email after you submit your AADSAS application to submit your payments to them.
Some schools, like UPenn, ask you to mail them (along with secondary). I guess you can time it right, so they receive it on June 5th. I don't think it's going to make much difference, though.
