In the extracurricular section, should we include things like recreational sports or hobbies (non-dexterity related) or only structured organizational things?
Under work experience is it necessary/recommended to include a college or high school job even if it was non-dental or leadership related (like waitressing)? The only reason I would is if it helps show what else I was doing besides attending class.
For supplemental academic enrichment programs do we include Kaplan?
