Hi,
One of the school am applying to does not require Personal Statement or a letter of recommendation. Should I still submit a PS and a letter of Rec. (I mean it would look better, right?) I called and asked, all she said was you don't need to, but you can.

I asked an adcom member this last year and he specifically told me that anything included in the application file that wasn't asked for just gets thrown out before the file gets reviewed by adcom. So if they don't require a PCAT score, but you submit one, the people who are making a decision based on your file will never see the score, effectively causing you to have wasted time and money.
