application question: transcripts

I have a question regarging my transcripts. I have e-submitted my application. All the LOR, and transcipts have been sent EXCEPT for the summer. When I e-submitted my application, I had my I had my organic chem score (which I took last month) which I put on my application. My question is this:

I will be getting my summer classes transcripts by mid August - so will AADSAS already have my application ready or are they still waiting for my summer organic official transcript score before they forward my entire application?

2nd question is this, when I do submit the updated transcript, will there be an addtional charge for forwarding it? thanks in advance.
