It says on the AACOMAS that you shouldn't use Microsoft word and copy and paste into the website. However I did. Should I rewrite everything ??

No. Copy and paste from Word into Notepad. Correct formatting, such as indentation and paragraph breaks. Then copy and paste from Notepad into the web site.
