Application Question

I did not include Spanish as my fluent language because 1. I don't feel like I am fluent in it although I have taken a bunch of classes, and 2. I was scared that I would have a Spanish speaking interviewer and they might "test" you on it during an interview.

I guess you guys are applying to Puerto Rico?

Si ud puede intender que yo estoy escribiondo, y puedes preguntar a su pacientes como estas y preguntas de salud.

Pone si, que tu hablas y intiendes espanol.

I'm the same way. I didn't put it because while my understanding of the language is pretty strong, if I came across a Spanish-speaking interviewer that expected me to converse in Spanish, it would add extra stress during the interview. Plus, my accent is awful...

I am in the same boat you are OP. I have worked at a restaurant for 7 years and have learned an insane amount of spanish and converse with them all day every day. The key word is "Comfortable." Yes, I know enough to get around, but do I feel comfortable speaking to some random spanish speaking guy? No, that's why I didn't mention it on my application. Perhaps something to mention during an interview though...
