What should I do if the course names listed on my transcript aren't very descriptive at all? For some of them you really can't what the course is. My spanish class is listed as just "Intensive review I". Also my Ochem classes are all listed as just "Organic Chemistry" (no sequence number).

List it exactly to how it says on the transcript. It will save you time later. If add anything to the course description that is not in the transcript they may not process your application until you change it.

Agree with above. List exactly. A lot of my courses had crazy abbreviations like general biology: cell mechanism was GBICMec lol
