Should I be updating my application continuously like with my volunteering and work hours? I've been continuing my volunteering hours all semester and on my application, which I submitted in June, it says that it is ongoing but the hours now are a lot more than what they were in the summer. Idk if this matters but thought I would ask you what you all thought! I have updated a few portions of my application with new research and more dental experience. I don't know how if I should be adding on more hours to volunteering because you can't directly edit this in the application I would need to make a new "experience" in the application.
Also, what is the difference between applications saying Received/Under Review and Received/Application complete?
