Application Question

Hi everyone!

So I am starting to panic because I really wanted to get my application out weeks ago. I am working on it now and I realized I dont know where the shadowing experiences go? I assume they go under Extracurricular, Volunteer, Community Service section. Is this correct? And what should I put for name of organization or postion?

Any help would be appreciated. Hopefully I can finish this application soon!

You should put in in the volunteer section and label the organization with the hospital's name..
