I am currently a Washington State resident but I have been going to school in Hawaii for the last two years so my question is this...What would be better (or more favorable) on an application, Washington resident or Hawaii resident?

definitely washington resident if ur applying to UW. but im pretty sure ur still legally a washington resident unless u have applied for residency in hawaii
