How long have you been a legal resident of that state/province?

Being an internation student, I have lived in LA area for 7 years.

But since I am an international student, I think I am not a legal resident

even though I have SSN and valid driver's license. In that case

should I just write 0? or should I report that I have lived 7 years?

If you don't have a green card, you're not a legal resident of the United States.

In that case, you'd write 0.
