As far as the work/activity section

Should be include all our past clubs, volunteering, and shadowing on that? Or is the secondaries where that information is put?

Also what if some of the clubs were student led and there is no advisor or supervisor contact to give?

Yes, Include everything you did on your application.

The secondary is more school specific essay style questions.

Please meet with some sort of pre-med adviser or medical student to go over your ENTIRE AMCAS application before you submit it.

Do your best to complete the supervisor ect parts but if you can't fill it in just leave it blank. No one is going to call and confirm with them anyways.

with the supervisor information, I sometimes put a student's name because it was a student-led club so I think it'll be ok
