I'm reapplying for the second time and plan to take the DAT in two weeks. I know that I don't need my new DAT scores to apply, but I have to wait until september to get the committee letter I need for one of my top choice schools. Willing getting my app submitted by mid july without the committee letter hold up my application. Thanks so much.

schools will not look at you until your application meets their requirements.

some schools can use 2 letters, most need 3.

i remember last year some people were rejected before their new score was posted. so i'd be careful. if you do submit, i would still call the schools and let them know you are re-taking so they dont reject you based on your old score.
