I'm applying to a school psych program that wants the materials submitted online. The application requires a "Career Goals Statement" rather than a statement of purpose. Also, it does not have a means for me to upload a CV.

First off, has any else written a "Career Goals Statement"? Am I correct in assuming that this more or less a statement of purpose that is more narrow in scope?

Secondly, seeing that there is not a means to upload a CV should I include my clinical experience in my career goals statement? I have excellent clinical experience that is quite relevant to school psych. I do not want to exclude this information from my application as I believe it to be a significant strength.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
