application review w pending classes

I will be contacting few schools of my choice to confirm this but do dental schools review application (and even setup an interview) with pending pre-req courses? My pre-req will be complete by end of fall '08 semester when I take Biochemistry, and Microbiology. I'm trying to send in my application early but now I'm wondering if they'll wait untill the package is complete. Thanks guys
