This may sound like a dumb question, and I apologize if it is - do medical schools review applications once ALL materials are available, or as they come in? For example, if I were to submit my primaries (PS, prelim. info), and my transcripts and LORs were on their way, would DO schools wait until they receive my transcripts, LORS, secondaries, etc. to begin looking at everything?
