Is it a safe assumption that if you are OOS and have not heard anything regarding interviews from schools (for instance UK, Tenn., or UNC) and the app was submitted in the second batch and was complete by the fourth batch that you won't hear anything regarding an interview?

have they updated your portal? e-mailed confirmation of receipt of application?

All supplemental items have been in and the status says app received/under review for all of them. Not sure what to think since my app has been in for a while (2nd batch mail out and then complete by fourth).
