I am confused on something and I was wondering if you guys could clarify for me.

To my understanding, my application will NOT be complete until my grades are verified, right? So as long as I send in my transcripts ASAP, does it matter if I submit my application (click submit at the end) early this week or later this week?

Correct.

That's what I preach. Get your transcript stuff started on the first day (should take about 10 minutes of application before you can print the forms), then spend at least a few days filling out the rest and making sure it's perfect. There is no gold star for submitting on day 1.
