Is submitting your application in august still considered early?? I am waiting on my last recommendation letter and finishing up my personal statement before I can apply. I am hoping to attend Ohio State, so it would be great to know if august is still considered early for chances to get in here! Thanks!

Is November/December still an ok time to submit applications? I was going to submit applications in October but I feel unprepared for the OAT so I want to push my date back.

You should be ok with Nov/Dec. Just keep in mind on deadlines for the programs you're applying to and the rolling admissions process.
