Would it be late to submit the application mid July (next week)? I am taking my DAT next week and want to decide if I wanna for sure apply this cycle or not.
-Can I send the transcript after I submit my app or does it have to be in before?
-Can I submit my LOR later as well? maybe mid next week?

Well by the time everything gets verified its probably going to be mid august. You should've sent in your transcript a while back so they could verify that but I would get it in asap. Idk about LOR, I personally had everything completed except DAT verification when I applied.

Does verification process really take one month?

I would send in your transcript now. It will take a week or so to probably make it there and get added to your account (unless you can do online). Once you hit the submit button your application will go to the back of the list. I would expect probably 2-3 weeks before your application is verified because more and more people are applying now. Your app cannot even start the verification process until your transcripts are in though.

You can wait on the LOR if you want because it will get sent as soon as it is in and it won't hold up your verification process. Most schools won't look at your app though until it is complete, which means your LORs have to be in. As long as your letter writers have their responses done though, and will be ready to submit as soon as you send the link it should be ok.

When I submitted a month ago, GPA verification only took one week. Idk how much that helps, but it's better than the 2-4 weeks when the cycle first opened
