I'm sure this has been discussed on the forum before, but...

I'm a current intern applying for anesthesia this fall. I can probably get another solid letter during my next month of wards and but will get it by Sept 21 or so, should I wait, or should I just send in the app and then send that letter later?

Turn your application in early and then add the letter when you get it.
