Application: Transcript and LOR release question

Hello! I'm being told from a former applicant that I should be able to access the application and start filling it out now, despite not being able to "submit" until June 1st. Is this true? I can't find any place to start filling it out... I've read other things that have said you can't start filling it out until June 1st.

I have also read that you can only access the transcript request form through the application itself....
Does this also mean I can't have my LORs and transcript released to aadsas until after June 1st?
Can I press the "submit" button on my application on June 1st prior to my LORs and transcript being received by aadsas...and then once aadsas receives them the submitted application would be updated?

Thanks in advance! Just want to make sure I have all my ducks in order 🙂... (My university does not make this information very easy to obtain...One of the health professions committee advisors told me to "google it")

No. June 1st for everything.

Edit: You can submit prior to having letters and transcripts uploaded. It is highly encouraged that you do so as they take time to process.
