hi all,

i recently got accepted to UMDNJ and i will be attending in the fall. i also just accepted a spot on stony brook's wait list and i have not heard anything at all from columbia except to 'stay positive.' i am fairly certain that i will not attend these other two schools in the unlikely case that i should get accepted.

how do i withdraw my application? a formal letter, a call, or an email? i was concerned about calling columbia since they never seem to pick up. should i wait until UMDNJ receives my deposit to do anything about the pending schools?

thanks!

I think a letter will do. It is best to convey such information in formal writing.
