Is there anyone who has applied for Western universities IPBP program for fall 2008?

I am from Gujarat - and currently in Florida. yes i just applied a few weeks back... haven't heard anything yet.. the waiting begins.. 🙂

Where r u from - what are your stats?

i am from india kerala.i completed b pharm in 2006 dec.i am looking for pharm d admissions.i didn't hear from them yet..hope university is closed until 7 th.what 's ur plan?did u apply in any other colleges?

i also got an email from them saying that myfile is ready for evaluation..i think they will give information abt our status only after their dead line....i also got study material for ia exam online too......all the best..what ois ur status and where ru from?

oh congrats...i didn't get a call yet.but one of my friend also got a call....other one got a rejection too,,,,,i am waiting for my decision....when u got it?what is ur gpa?u r b pharm rt?

ya i am b pharm from india (GPA 3.85)and doing masters in LIU and abt to finish in coming may. what abt u?whats ur background? may i also know name of ur frd who got call?

....I called western and they said the mailed all s=decisions last week,,,,i said them i didn't get it...they said they will resend the letter.how did u get interview call..?thru mail or thru phone....i have a gpa of 3.94...can i know ur name?...did u apply in any other college?did u start studying?I also has the study material....but didn't start yet.i am waiting for their decision...any way good luck...i reached here on last march and i am married ....looking a tech job and admission....do u know any other colleges we indians can do pharm d without taking much pre requisites?pls reply me....keep in touch

hey by now everyone who has to come for interview should know.. bc i even got the interview reminder and i got notification by phone n mail both... i have a gpa of 4.0

hey so you have applied here too.. we both are sailing in same boat.. i got reject frm nova....
 
yes, i got an interview for 24th at western.. preparing but not sure if the material they gave is enough... any other guidance wud be appreciated. i am coming from FL. anyone from here?!

No, I haven't heard anything from Western yet. 🙁
It's about time that they told us their final decision b/c it's already been two weeks since we had the interview. Please let us know if anyone hears from Western.
 
Got the score today...153.. but i dont know what it really means..i mean what is the average score needed to get accepted into the international program and stufff.. please some one help me out....really stressed out dont know when we will get the calls for acceptance or do we get an email.... about the desicion...

hey congratulations.. minimum to get in is 120 n you hv 153 so its good..and they will mail the decissions

all student will get email for there IA exam score, interview and essay score
and then they will send u the acceptance letter by email

Hey guys~ I got my IA exam score today as well.... Do you know when we will be receiving the admission/rejection emails? I am so nervous. Didn't they say at the orientation that your IA exam score takes 30% of your final grade? That's a lot 😱

I got 178... but I don't think I did very well on the interview or the essay... nor do I have a high GPA like most people here seem to have. I don't feel confident, but I am trying not to lose hope. Good luck to us all~
 
I got 150...
May be everyone should post their scores so we can track and see what are our chances of getting in.
 
i received my score today its 139...dont know wat it means....i think people getting high scores have more chance of getting through

hi when was yr interview? i am just so nervous... cuz am wondering if they hv send out all acceptance thn may be we are unlucky now... god help me.. just too tensed n nervous
 
i found out that couple of other folks got acceptance emails as well...I believe they started sending but donno if they sent to everyone... i am worried as well 🙁
 
Hi people one of my very close friend did not get the acceptance email today so she called the university and found out that all the 20 acceptance email has been sent today itself. and the waitlisted and the rejected letters will be sent out starting this coming monday. thats what i have heard. if you havent gotten anything today by email then most probably the scenario is that you are either on the wailist or.... i dont want to say the other word since i already not feeling so great since my really really good friend did not get the email today. Hopefully praying that she will be atleast on the waitlist.....

i got 162 score but still no email yet so iam kinda scared is that true all acceptance have been emailed becoz i didnt recieve one

who else got acceptance i got 162 score still rejected do u know that all ppl were sent emails on same day
 
Mine is 165 and i am still waiting too...and i am pritty sure that they sent it too all 20 !!!
