My status online where I can track my status is in "interview stage." It has been on this stage since the 29th of September. I applied for Jan 2010. I would think that they would've sent me something by now, but I haven't received anything. Does "interview stage" mean that I will be getting interviewed or does it mean that the paperwork is processed and I will be notified of whether or not I get an interview?

I think it means you are being interviewed. You should hear back from them soon though, if not email your coordinator and find out.
