a 33 will open more doors if you have a decent gpa (3.7+). Wait for August. It's not a big deal to submit at that point. Most of my friends had submitted their secondaries at the end of september or october and got into multiple schools with around a 3.7 and a 33.

As you can see from several of the other WAMC threads, everyone apparently thinks that they are going to get 33+ on the re-take. A delay with a similar score is way worse than a strategic first application.

I think a well written application with a 29 can be more powerful than a late 33.
