I'm going into my sophomore year as an undergrad and will complete all the dental school requirements by the end of this school year. After this year, I will need to complete three more semesters of school to get my Biology degree... Assuming my GPA (currently 3.92 overall and 3.89 science) and DATs are high enough, should I consider applying to dental schools during/before my junior year?

If I was in your position, I would apply after sophmore year, beginning of junior year. Especially if you'll have all the pre-reqs done, there should be nothing holding you back. Just study for your DATs and make sure you do well.

I'm in the same boat. All requirements will be done at the end of my sophomore year, except I figure I will need 4 semesters to finish my biology degree. I'm going to stick with my undergrad, and apply at the end of my junior year. Having that degree is important to me, and dental school can wait a year.
