Hello everyone- I was wondering when I should apply. I have my application almost completed but I am not planning on taking the DAT until August, do I wait to send the applications or should I send them now?

What exactly does 'send it out' mean? I made an account at the AADSAS website and filled out some information. How do i 'send it out'? Thanks

Sending it simply means that it will be processed by AADSAS. At that time you are required to also pay for the application. Then AADSAS will send the application out to the schools of your choice about 6-8 weeks later.

Yes you can update your application later by sending in your DAT scores...........Best advice anyone can give a newbie applicant

APPLY EARLY!!!!!!!

no matter what the circumstances are, just apply to AADSAS ASAP! Remember, it takes them one month just to process the application, and like Bickle said, its one less thing to worry about......

I"m taking organic chem this SUMMER and i won' get the grades till august. I want the dental schools to see those grades also. And from what i recall the only time u can update your grades is in january. So i should wait till august to get my scores then apply right? Thanks!@ 😛
