I did the committee for the letter, but they won't send letters out until mid-july. Does it even matter if I apply now or wait tell the end of this month?

Well, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for transcript verification to finish, so then it won't be necessary for you to submit today, but within the next two weeks would be best.

To my knowledge they do not verify transcripts until you submit.

Once you submit your application, you go into a queue to wait your turn for verification. They check your entered coursework against your transcripts.

If you have everything except the letter then you should apply now. The letter can catch up with everything else. Not only will some schools look at your application faster, the verification process will probably go faster right now because there are less people currently going through it.

is it wise to send in my transcript next week by my school? I am planning on submitting my application last week of June or first week of July as I am retaking my DAT mid July. Do all undergrad universities mail the transcript to AADSAS or is it electronic delivery?

Send it NOW. If they get to you in the verification queue and they don't have all of your transcripts on file, you lose your place in line.

It depends on your undergrad. Some universities have the ability to send it electronically while others don’t.

AADSAS strongly preferred it by mail last year. I got them to take an e-transcript to replace one of mine that had come with an illegible portion, but I had to call a few times and get the right person. Even then I think it was kind of a favor. Maybe that’s changed this year.

if I send it next week however submit my application first week of July, ive heard people say they might lose your transcript if you send it too early? or some schools toss it out if they dont have an application to go with it? should I call some schools and see what they recommend?

I meant send it to AADSAS. They will keep it on file all cycle. Send them to individual schools only if asked to.
